Community Association

The Campus East Community Association was formed in December of 1979 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Association was Incorporated in October of 1982.

The Homeowners Association has 905 Units of both Single Family Homes in Wesleyan Pines and Townhomes within Campus East.

Campus East and Wesleyan Pines are located in the Northwest part of Virginia Beach right across from Virginia Wesleyan College

Playground: The playground will be open each day from 9am to 3:30pm. A later time of closure will depend on the availability of volunteers. We need volunteers. Without more people, the playground will not be open at the best times for the kids of Campus East to play. If the weather creates any type of safety concern, the playground will be closed. How can we fix the trash problem in Campus East?

1) We all must follow the city guidelines for trash pickup. A very high portion of the trash that is not being picked up because it is against the rules of city trash pickup. Examples of trash that will not be picked up from the side of the road (including bulk pickup): Cardboard boxes, any furniture with glass, leaves or yard waste that is not in clear bags, or anything that is leaning against a light pole.
